Application:
The CNC gantry drilling and milling machine is primarily designed for drilling, chamfering, tapping, and milling operations on plate/structural components, including flanges, discs, rings, and plates, within its effective processing range. It enables drilling of through-holes and blind holes on both single-material and composite workpieces. With fully digital control over the machining process, the machine offers intuitive operation, supporting automated, high-precision, multi-variety, and mass-production capabilities.
Equipment Structure:
The equipment features an integrally cast structure, comprising a worktable, fixed-beam gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling & milling power head, automatic lubrication system, protective enclosures, circulating cooling device, CNC system, and electrical system. Supported by rolling hard rail pairs for guidance and driven by precision lead screw pairs, the machine ensures high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.

T-Slot Workbench
Constructed from gray iron (HT250), the workbench undergoes secondary tempering and vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring exceptional rigidity and resistance to deformation.

Fixed-Beam Gantry
The fixed-beam gantry is fabricated from gray iron (HT250) casting. Its front face is equipped with two ultra-high-load rolling linear guide pairs, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a servo motor, supporting the installation of the drilling power head for smooth linear motion.
3. Movable Sliding Saddle
Engineered as a precision cast iron structure, the sliding saddle integrates two high-load CNC hard-track sliding tables, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor. This configuration drives the Z-axis movement of the drilling power head, enabling functions such as rapid forward/backward motion, working feed, stop, and automatic chip breaking/removal with pause.
